Description

We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join VKM Digital's Social Media team. This is a full-time role where you will support the creation of visual content for our digital platforms. You don't need years of experience — what matters most is your design potential, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with our social media manager and content editor to produce engaging visuals that bring our ideas to life. From social media graphics to simple animations, you'll contribute to shaping how audiences connect with VKM Digital, vkmspor and vkmfinans.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing visuals for digital formats including social media, websites, and digital ads
• Adapt existing templates and brand assets to create consistent designs
• Support the team in delivering graphics for live events and trending topics
• Collaborate with social media managers and content editors on creative needs
• Stay curious about design trends and tools to continuously improve your skills

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1–2 year of professional design experience (internships or freelance work are a plus)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a bonus)
• Understanding of layout, typography, and color usage
• Interest in sports and current events
• Willingness to learn quickly and take feedback
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Familiarity with motion design or basic video editing
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools
• Previous involvement in social media content creation
• Ability to handle fast-paced tasks during live matches or events
• Curiosity about digital marketing and content production workflows
